Every individual is unique, and I tailor my approach using a variety of evidence-based practices to meet your personal needs. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and creating a safe, supportive space for personal transformation.
Life brings many challenges, and our power lies in how we respond to them. I work with individuals facing life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, aging, and trauma-related issues.
About Me
I offer over 30 years of experience providing therapy, as well as teaching, training and mentoring new therapists as they work towards their license. I have presented nationally on client-centered practices. My own journey has taught me about compassion, courage and the joy that awakens with healing.

I believe in the human capacity to change, grow, and overcome life's challenges. Mental health struggles often arise when our attempts to meet our needs lead to further suffering. My work focuses on deepening self-awareness, building on strengths, and fostering meaningful personal growth.

Services & Fees
I do not want finances to be a barrier to therapy. I provide a sliding fee scale for those needing financial assistance.
My practice is online only.
- Individual Counseling: $175/hour (sliding scale available)
- Therapist Licensure Supervision: Fees determined on an individual basis
- I do not accept insurance but can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
